Kellee Flowers headed to Eureka 89 on level 89 of Eureka Tower to set up flowers for a corporate event overlooking Melbourne.
Our brief was to provide a collection of small cocktail arrangements. They brought a fresh, welcoming touch to the space while leaving guests plenty of room to gather, talk and enjoy the view.
For a corporate event, timing matters as much as presentation. Our team arrived for the scheduled bump-in, liaised with the Eureka 89 venue staff and worked together to make the setup run smoothly. We placed the arrangements with care, checked that everything was ready for the client and left the space clean and organised before the function began.
Working closely with venue staff is an important part of our service. It helps us fit the floral setup around the venue’s schedule and the other preparations happening on the day, giving the client one less detail to manage.
After the event, we’ll return to collect the arrangements and complete the bump-out with the same care and efficiency.
