LITTLE GARDENERS - ENCOURAGING CHILDREN TO CONNECT TO NATURE
Children discover how plants grow while creating their very own miniature garden to take home, care for and watch grow.
Each child will:
Create their own plastic child safe/glass succulent terrarium
Learn how to layer pebbles, soil and natural materials
Plant several easy-care succulent cuttings
Learn about plant propagation and how plants grow
Decorate their miniature garden with natural pebbles and a tiny feature
Learn how to care for their terrarium at home
Take their finished terrarium home
LEARNING THROUGH NATURE
The workshop encourages:

Approximately 30–60 minutes
depending on children's age and group size.
